2020 Creative Writing Competition Results Announced
We are delighted to announce the winners and runners-up of the 2020 Creative Writing Competition in partnership with DG Unlimited, Peter Pan Moat Brae National Centre for Children's Literature and the Royal Highland Show.
The 2020 Creative Writing Competition invited applications from young people aged 5-18 and had a fantastic response. The applications received were of a tremendous standard.
Vivian French, children's author and regular Wigtown Book Festival speaker judged the competition and was thrilled with the quality of writing. She passes on the message to 'keep writing'.
The first category judged was the Acrostic Poem (BELTIE) for ages 5-7.
